Is layaway or making multiple payments an option?
Yes we do use the third-party service Sezzle (choose the Sezzle payment option at checkout) for multiple payments -OR- we can set up interest-free layaway through PayPal if our clients are interested. PayPal layaway items will not ship until paid in full. Contact us for more details on a case-by-case basis. We will provide you with layaway forms and schedule payments with you.
What are the difference between your Classic Structured, Relaxed Wrap, and Wrap Collar with Closure Magnet styles?
Our classic collar, which is the Sundial signature style, is perfect for the show pen--always providing a professional and polished look. This is the pointed collar that appears to stand out on it's own and make a statement!
Our relaxed wrap collar is perfect as a cowgirl casual, transitioning to a western fashion piece, our relaxed collar has a hint of traditional equestrian style with a dash of western edge.
The wrap collar with closure magnet is available for those riders or individuals who wish to transition our styles to other arenas--perfect for the Eventing, Dressage, or Hunter/Jumper worlds! It can be worn as a wrap collar as it magically transitions to a show staple in seconds.
All of our collars are designed to provide a feminine look to the shoulders.
What are the difference between your Sleek & Simple and Decorative Button cuff?
Our Sleek & Simple sleeves are our most popular design, providing an opportunity for you to roll your sleeve and create your desired length! We design with extra length in mind to guarantee your sleeves will NEVER be too short.
Our Decorative Button cuff is a non-functional decoration of buttons at the wrist with a contrasting fabric. This is perfect if your association requires a traditional shirt cuff or if you're looking for an extra touch of style. The sleeve length remains the same for both of these styles, so please keep that in mind when ordering!
Is there an alteration service?
Our sizes are designed to fit a majority of body types, and flatter with princess seams and custom-fitting stretch material. We also provide a generous bodice and sleeve length! In most cases our garments never require alterations. If your sleeve length is too long, simply tuck the excess length underneath for a seamless, adjustable look.
In case you are looking for a certain alteration, such as hemming or a different design feature, we can provide these services on a case-by-case basis. Please see our size chart for more information.
What does "Limited Edition" mean?
Our limited edition designs are numbered 25 pieces or less, however each Sundial show shirt will be unique based upon the layout of the print and hand stoning of Swarovski crystals.
Are there any discounts on your designs?
Yes, periodically we do offer some incentives to our loyal fans. As a member of our mailing list you will be the first to receive exclusive offers! Check out the signup at the bottom of this page.
Do you do custom garments/embellishments or do you make one-of-a-kind creations?
Sundial can offer a variety of options to our limited edition tops and can even create a custom design just for you. Some options include (but not limited to):
- Fringe
- Additional embellishment
- Coordinating shirt/vest sets
- Custom logos
- 100% custom creations (if you can dream it we can make it)
Contact us for more details on a case-by-case basis. We are also open to offering custom embellishment work to personalize your items (such as helmets, boots, winners jackets, etc). No job is to big or small! Contact us for an estimate.
