Sundial Show Clothing is committed to providing the perfect fit to enhance your best assets from street to stable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.
We provide return and exchange authorizations within 7 days for items that are unworn and returned in their original packaging. You must contact us to receive return/exchange details.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom priced or special orders. If we have extended a special pricing offer or created a custom design for you, we are unable to restock these items and naturally these will be considered FINAL SALE.
Only regular priced web store items may be refunded or returned, returned sale items are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
During this 7 day return period, we do not charge a restocking fee and you will receive a full refund minus an $10 charge for us to send a prepaid return label to your email for your convenience (USA). We also require all promo items that were shipped to you are returned, or you may be charged for the missing merchandise.
All of our designer crystalled items fall under our Customer Service Guarantee- if you ever lose a stone from our work, just send the item back and we will repair and check all other stones for free.
